Participate or spectate in the FREE Classes and workshops – Join our expert instructors, coaches and mentors……. On hand to help you discover various forms of exercise and way’s to get your body moving in a way that you enjoy! ………Bring your yoga mat ! But don’t worry we have plenty !
Join in or just spectate …. Various displays / explanatory processes will be staged then a sample class or workshop will follow!
Talks & Demos
The Talks And Demos are being staged outside in the shaded area with a varied and interesting line up of expert’s speakers and chefs both day’s………. Be sure to get your seat and enjoy the chat’s, demonstrations, sampling foods and everything else going on in this area!
